Teacher Training

To ensure that the teaching staff is fully prepared to implement the intervention model, the EDUDER project includes a specific training plan for educators. This training program provides teachers with the tools and knowledge needed to effectively support the students’ learning process, focusing on key competencies such as mentoring and support, promoting self-esteem, and inclusion in the digital environment. Additionally, the training plan is designed to be applicable across various university contexts, ensuring that teachers are prepared to address the specific challenges of vulnerable students.
