EDUDER and the Network of National Human Rights Institutions of the American Continent (RINDHCA) are advancing in the implementation of the Memorandum of Agreement signed in November 2025<\/strong>, aimed at strengthening human rights education in Ibero-America through cooperation between universities and National Human Rights Institutions (NHRIs).<\/p>\n

In this context, a series of working meetings were held in Mexico City in January 2026 to define a joint roadmap<\/strong> to operationalize the agreement and consolidate mechanisms for academic and institutional collaboration.<\/p>\n

Among the main areas of joint work is the strengthening of human rights observatories and the promotion of an Ibero-American Observatory on Human Rights Education<\/strong>, conceived as a space for convergence between academia and NHRIs to identify shared priorities, exchange good practices, and contribute to public policies with a human rights-based approach across the region.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
