The Eduder team at the Universidad Pedagógica Nacional (Colombia) organized several dialogue and listening spaces throughout 2025 to strengthen student retention by fostering open conversations about the relationship with nature on campus, managing academic stress, and developing self‑study skills.

8.29.2025: Safe space for dialogue: Active listening for self-love

A space to strengthen personal recognition, conscious listening and emotional care, as the basis for well-being and permanence in university life.  

9.26.2025 Safe space for dialogue: Relaxing body and mind, is it necessary for self-learning?

A meeting to pause and reflect on the importance of relaxing the body and mind as the basis for self-learning and well-being. Through the recognition of well-being, stress management, and the incorporation of practices such as meditation and yoga, tools for self-care in university life were promoted.

10.10.2025 Safe space for dialogue: What to do about academic stress?

A virtual meeting coordinated by Fabián Felipe Contrera Ortiz to talk about and recognize stress in university life and share self-care strategies to strengthen student well-being and permanence.

10.3.2025 Safe Space for Dialogue: Nature as part of university life?
Led by Catherin Pedraza Díaz, the space proposed dialogue and reflection on the relationship with nature at the university and its contribution to well-being, learning and the student experience.

10.17.2025 Safe space for dialogue Do family and interpersonal relationships influence learning?

A space coordinated by Gustavo Ramírez Jaramillo to talk and reflect on how bonds, emotional care and coexistence impact learning processes and the university experience.
