The initiation seminars, held between January and April 2024 across various regions, marked the start of the EDUDER project. These meetings took place in Mexico, Mesoamerica, Southern Cone, Andean Region/Brazil, and the Iberian Peninsula, and were designed for partner universities to gain an in-depth understanding of the project. Through these seminars, participants discussed and analyzed the project’s purpose, processes, and expected outcomes, and also formed inter-university teams to facilitate activity development at each university. The seminars not only allowed for the structuring of workgroups but also contributed to creating bonds between representatives from different institutions, consolidating collaboration, and establishing strategies to respond to potential challenges.
